Little Ninja Karate – Ages 4 – 6

Open to students ages 4, 5 & 6 years old. We teach beginning martial arts skills in a class designed to  meet the range of students’ developmental ages.  Class begins with a dynamic warm up that includes exercises, movement based listening games, and stretching. Sensei has two black belt assistant instructors on the mats and divides the students according to their needs. We emphasize respect and our goal is to build skills for school readiness while teaching traditional Karate-do.

Beginners Ages 7 and up

The skills taught from beginners through advance program are designed to give the students the tools they need to succeed in school and life. Confidence, discipline, respect, concentration and perseverance are just a few of the character traits this program will teach. Your son or daughter  will have fun and get a great workout while learning important self-defense and personal safety through Karate.

Karate gives teens tools to face the challenges in their life and make positive choices.

Adults want a fitness program that fits their lifestyle and needs. Our martial arts lessons combine fitness, flexibility, karate skills, self defense, meditation (for stress relief) and philosophy for a well-rounded, fun and exciting program for adults. Martial arts helps build and maintain flexibility, visual acuity, muscle mass, and cardiovascular health. And it’s fun! Adults can start training at any age and progress through the belt ranks.
